Therapy Pricing & Insurance
I believe in keeping things real—therapy included. I offer one flat rate for sessions. I don’t take insurance, but I’ll happily provide a superbill if your plan covers out-of-network therapy.

Individual Therapy for Adults:
$215/session
Session Duration:
50 minutes
Insurance
I currently work with a limited number of insurance companies through Headway.com. Otherwise, as an out-of-network provider, I ask for full compensation at the time of each session. I am happy to make a super bill for my clients so that they may pursue reimbursement on their own.
Please Note: It is the client’s responsibility to communicate with, and understand, their insurance company and its policy.
Sliding Scale
I believe therapy should be accessible to everyone, and always have save a few spots in my caseload for temporary sliding scale opportunities. In these uncertain times, I want to be flexible with my new and established clients. If you are curious about a sliding scale fee, do not hesitate to ask me. Please note: I do not provide superbills for clients who utilize a sliding scale fee.
