A DNA-Discovery can be disorienting and overwhelming. Despite the growing frequency of these incidents, there is little information out there about etiquette, options, or implications. Many people feel paralyzed, and as many people feel impulsive. I’m here to offer help; we can write a letter, weigh your options, find the right therapist or mediator for your needs, make a plan. I can listen without suggesting anything at all, because I understand the power of an empathic ear. As a coach, I’m here for as many sessions as you need, whether it's one or one hundred.

Practical Guidance With Room for Deeper Exploration

My rates are similar to therapy, but my priority is your wants and needs around the DNA-Discovery. In other words, I won’t be asking you to explore moments in your childhood or consider the symbolism in your dreams– although I can’t promise there won’t be any of that at all. If our time together invites deeper exploration, we can pivot to a therapeutic lens or I can help you find the right resource.
